Non-refundable diagnostic fees are payable in advance and are applied toward the cost of your recovery.

* For drives that have been opened by others, an additional $75 diagnostic fee applies.

** When scheduling and timing is of utmost concern, consider expedited recovery. Turnaround is usually 1-3 business days (other than RAID, tape backups, or computer forensics); your recovery will receive priority status.

Laptops: Please remove hard drive from laptop and ship hard drive. An additional $150 charge applies when we must remove drive from laptop.

Return media:

• 2 CD's included in recovery fee; additional CD's @ $10 each
• 2 DVD's included in recovery fee; additional DVD's @ $15 each

Data can be returned to you on your own drive when possible at no charge, or we can provide you with a USB drive - contact us for pricing.
